APEM Group are delighted to announce that Rebecca Baker, Associate Director, has joined the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team. Working as EIA Technical Lead in the Environmental Planning division, Rebecca will oversee the delivery of complex and multifaceted projects.
A Chartered Scientist and Water and Environment Manager with CIWEM, Rebecca has contributed to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and mainline TCPA EIA developments with end-to-end support from feasibility studies to post consent compliance.
In her 16-year career, Rebecca has worked within the nuclear, highway, mining, water, renewables, rail, health and travel sectors and has an in-depth knowledge of EIA and Environmental legislation as both an EIA co-ordinator and project manager for multi-disciplinary projects. Rebecca has also undertaken Site Auditing, Post Consent Compliance and Environmental Clerk of Works roles for water, utility and infrastructure clients.
